Completed quarterly service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Started off by spot baiting bedroom, and kitchen with gel bait to help maintain ant activity. Next, moved to exterior where I inspected termite monitors and rodent bait station. Light activity found on stations at this time, and all bait was replenished. No activity found on termite monitors, but monitor on back left corner of home needed to be replaced. Lastly, all visible spider webs were removed from exterior of home. Good afternoon, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I removed any visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and light fixtures. I also inspected the exterior rodent bait stations on the right side and in the back of the home. Both stations were empty so I replenished them with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. I applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior foundation, doorways, windows and eaves. Targeting any general pests trying to enter this time of year. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment. I recommend trimming back all vegetation, at least one foot off of the home. This provides pests with a way to bypass our treatments and gain access to different parts of your home. For any other concerns please contact the office. I treated the interior and exterior of the home for ants, spiders and other general pests by applying a liquid residual treatment to the foundation, around doors and windowsills.
